Cool little product
Great little product, small compact and it looks like the old iPods. Does the job effectively, had a car accident last year and saw the Chiropractor uses on me so I figured why not so I bought my own. There are times after a workout, working in the backyard, or have some pain on my shoulders I pull out this bad little boy and give myself a nice Therapeutix session. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Works great on muscle pain
My mother had what I thought was a similar unit years ago and she still complained of her pain, but that is not true of this unit. My husband and I have different spots of muscle pain (back, neck and shoulders) and we use different modes and intensities and find that the Therapeutix USA helps us both greatly with pain and mobility. Can finally move my neck without discomfort and my husband can rotate his arm pain free. Instructions in package and on the Therapeutix USA unit itself are easy to understand. I have already recommended Therapeutix USA to friends. Glad I made this purchase!

Worked well right out of the box. Notice dramatic change in the pain level that I was having. Wish I would have bought this sooner. I'm going buy another one for a gift

Piece of junk
This item is a piece of junk. I want a refund. It worked well the one time I used it. I carefully put it away and then took it out to use a second time. It would not charge completely, the mode was jammed, the Time wouldn’t move, and it did not work. I am frustrated and disappointed because I need this type of therapy. I want a complete refund.
