The quality and functionality is very good. It is the right size to fit next to our toilet. The color was not the gold color I was expecting; more mustard yellow but it works with our gold accent in the bathroom

I am giving three stars as the assembly is light in weight. It topples when you are pulling out the tissue. I had to put 5 lb x 2 weights on the base so that it remains somewhat steady.
