2 Years and 2 Months, Up Year โRound, Sun, Rain or Snow, Still Going Strongโฆ
I bought this umbrella two years and two months and 9 days ago, and itโs still holding up well. If I wanted to take better care of it, I would put it away in the winter time, but I like the snow protection, because I like to use my deck and BBQ all year around. Of course, there is a natural bit of fading, our summers get over 100ยฐ, winters can drop below zero, snow can get very deep, over a foot sometimes (in those cases, I lower it and knock the snow off). From underneath, there are a few little wrinkly-looking spots, (not actually wrinkly, though), maybe an inch or two long, 1/8 or less wide, in just a few areas here and there that may be wearing thinner. That comes from my use of it. The way I treat it, I might expect to want to buy one next year or the year after that. If I put it away in the winter time, or covered it when not in use, I would easily at least double the life of it. When there are going to be high winds, and Iโm aware of it, then I lower it down, but it has held up at least in 20 mile an hour winds. Of course, itโs smart to lower it, even cover it if youโre not going to use it, but sometimes I leave things on the table under the umbrella, because I know it will protect them. So I very rarely lower it down. If it has a heavy snow load, I will lower it to knock it off. Anything over 3 inches of snow, I will probably knock it off. Because it is kept affordable, I recommend it. I did buy a second one to use for a different area in my yard that will get less usage, so it will be lowered more often. But I also think of sun fade, and if I want it to fade evenly, then itโs better to leave it upโฆor lower and cover it. Where to lower it at not cover it, I would expect it to develop stripes over time from uneven sun fade, as is obvious, but something people overlook and then complain about (totally their fault). Thereโs a novel idea, lowering and covering it, but not something I do, so up it stays 99% of the time. Lowering it down and covering it would, of course, extend the life of it even further. All the mechanisms are properly made, the pole is sturdy and tilts; itโs not some rinky-dink, cheap pole or mechanism. You can rely on it. And I love the 2 colors I bought (they are out of sight of each other, though they would be complementary). You will need an umbrella standโฆI had a neighbor that didnโt seem to understand this concept, and twice I pulled her umbrella out of the street after a little wind, because she would leave it up and did not have a stand. That basically makes it a wind sail. A good one is worth the price. Buy a good one. Itโs no place to skimp. And itโs how will you attach it to that stand that matters. If I didnโt have the type of stand I have, (a good, vintage steel plate with the post to receive the umbrella post, and bolts with wing nuts to secure it) I would have the heavy stand, but I would drill into the stand (apparently not all stands actually have a hole for this, and put a screw or bolt in on 2 sides, and it wonโt be able to fly up and out of it. Iโve seen people put their umbrella in the stand, but not actually secure the two together by bolting through the receiving post and the umbrella post, and tightening it down so the bolt canโt fall out, and then they wonder why their umbrella flew away. The stand canโt hold your umbrella down unless you lock the two together. Hence the bolts or screws. I know, it should go without saying, but then againโฆwe all see the complainers who donโt get it. And theoretically, one could use anything that is wider than the hole in the table (if thatโs your application) where you put the post that can be securely locked onto the bottom of the post is enough to keep it from flying away, even if it were lightweight, as long as it didnโt come off, and wouldnโt fly up and potentially be hard enough with a high force wind to break a glass tabletop. A fairly flat (1/4โ-1/2โ) circular solid steel umbrella base with the flange is best. Itโs heavy, and one can tip the umbrella stand and roll it on the edge to relocate it, and thereโs no clunky, bulky base full of sand or water to interfere with where your feet go when you stretch your legs. Plus, those bulky plastic ones seem to crack and break on people. As long as these stay affordable, Iโll keep recommending them, and would definitely buy them as a gift, or to have more of them in my large yard. I like having different spots to hang out.

Nice Patio Umbrella !!!!!!!
Nice Patio Umbrella ! Fair price, packaged very well, color as described and so far so good ! Just started using it as the weather is ready. Easy to wind and waiting to see if color holds up, I went by reviews for that and they were all satified except black, but that color usually fades in the sun. Thank Seller and Thank you Amazon Employees !!!

Beautiful and affordable!
The is a beautiful color of teal blue to coordinate with my area.Made well and was simple to put together. Raises and lowers smoothly. Has its own closures tie! It does not come with lighting. Fits my stand and is as wind resistant as my other umbrellas. I am please with this purchase! So economical!

Beware of clear plastic cover.
I received my 9 ft blissun umbrella the other day and just unpacked it today. Havenโt had a chance to try it out, but it seems pretty sturdy. The rust color is beautiful for the nice Fall season. The crank seemed to work fine. My only complaint at this time is, why would you have a clear plastic sleeve to cover the umbrella when it is down instead of a proper material sleeve. I am very careful with my umbrellas and always unwind it when I am done using it, but if is not windy I leave it in the base. With this plastic clear cover I will not be able to, because the material will fade and it will end up being striped due to the faded folds. I will have to take it down and put it away every timeโฆ..which is a pain. Except for the cover, I would have given it a 5 star.

Great value, especially on sale, have purchased multiple times
I purchased two of these last summer and I sprayed them with a waterproofing and uvb protectant they seem to hold up well and the summer I have just purchased three more. The mechanisms held up well and seemed to be of higher quality than others at the same price point. Iโm happy to find these on sale and I think worth it for $39 and if it lasts for a couple of summers, thatโs great. I think I get more out of them by spraying them with the outdoor fabric spray and then added value with the mechanism. The tilting the handle crank all in good order. I will continue to buy these. I will note that I purchase the light tan because I feel I have the best opportunity for failing not to be as noticeable. I do spray it with the UVAUVB spray, but these are in complete full sun and at this price point, I wouldnโt be thinking theyโre going to last forever in the sun.

Stylish Shade That Delivers Smart Performance
I bought the Blissun 9โฒ Outdoor Patio Umbrella this spring to pair with my backyard table, and itโs quickly become a favorite feature of my outdoor setup. Below is my experience and honest thoughts: What Stands Out: Spacious Coverage: The 9-foot diameter provides solid shade over my 48โณ patio table, keeping everyone cool even in the midday sun. According to Blissunโs specs, itโs ideal for tables between 42"โ54". Shelter & Shade +1 Easy Operation: With a smooth crank mechanism, I can open and close it effortlessly. The push-button tilt works well too โ I adjust the angle to track the sun without any struggle. Bliss Un Umbrella Wind Vent: The vented canopy lets air escape, which helps reduce lift in breezy moments and adds to the umbrellaโs stability. Bliss Un Umbrella Sturdy Build: The frame features 8 ribs and a powder-coated aluminum pole, giving a good mix of strength and rust resistance. Bliss Un Umbrella +1 Good Fabric: The canopy is made from polyester thatโs water-resistant and offers some UV protection โ great for long days outside. YODOLLA Great Value: Compared to other market umbrellas, this one feels very reasonably priced for the size, build quality, and features. ShopSavvy even gave it props for value. ShopSavvy Drawbacks to Consider: Fading Concerns: The polyester fabric is not solution-dyed, so some users mention the color may fade faster than more premium materials. Trend Hawks Pole Strength in Wind: A few reviews warn that the pole can bend or flex in stronger gusts. If you live in a particularly windy area, youโll want to make sure you have a heavy base and close the umbrella when not in use. Trend Hawks Must Buy a Stand Separately: The umbrella doesnโt include a base, so youโll need to make sure you choose a suitably weighted one (ShopSavvy even recommends at least 90 lb for the best stability). ShopSavvy Bottom Line: If you want a stylish, functional, and affordable umbrella for your patio, deck, or garden table, the Blissun 9โฒ Outdoor Patio Umbrella is a fantastic choice. Itโs easy to use, gives generous shade, and the tilt + crank system is a major plus. Just make sure to secure it properly with a good base โ and youโll be enjoying your outdoor space in comfort all season long.

love the umbrella. The canvas is of great quality. sturdy poles. I did spray it with a good waterproofing and uv protectant since it will be in the sun. It was a great price too for it's size and quality

Nice Sunshade!
Very pool side umbrella. Hand crank works fine as does the tilt feature. Color is not as teal as the picture shows but it does say the color is Cerculean which is more blue than blue-green. Looks good by the pool!

Patio umbrella
Loved the colour and tilt function. Height was too high for me so had to cut down the support pole. Not hard to do.

Good fabric
Had about a year. Soft / occasional use thus far. Not fading. Love the colour. Stitching poorly done in a couple of areas

Definitely regret buying it
Where to begin..... It leaks, it's always been challenging to tilt and lower. After two years it is completely faded and stained.
