Very easy to use! I didn’t even realize it had went all the way through so when I went to release to give my hand a break, the needle broke free from the piercer so I just pushed it on through! The jewelry fit the needle perfectly! I have a high pain tolerance so for me it was maybe a 1 if I had to rate it!

I’m really scared of needles so at first I didn’t wanna do it but i used ice and I didn’t feel a thing worked great I would definitely recommend getting this it’s very easy
