I have weak knees and felt it's about time I need to protect them during workouts. Weak knees or not, the strain on the knees couldn't be good in the long run.These are the best knee compression sleeves that I've tried and that actually work. I have also tried one expensive brand which cost me 50 dollars too (nord brand). Before that, I've searched for a while and I found so many that looked uncomfortable with stiff materials and velcro which couldn't be comfortable to work out in. Some looked very thin and not a lot of support provided, which defeats the purpose.Spartan strength sleeves are made with high-quality stretchy neoprene material and are very durable yet lightweight. Also so far they are the only knee sleeves I've bought from amazon that were actually 7mm thick as described. All the seams are well sealed, and they function as they are supposed to. When you're looking for the right size, I would say just go by the chart, but keep in mind that they run a bit larger. if you need strong compression, then going a size lower is a good idea. I always order a size down so that I can get a slightly tighter fit. If you have trouble putting them on, a trick is to fold them over themselves, pull the folded sleeve upto your knee, and then unfold it when it is in a comfortable spot.How are these for:cleans and snatches - works really well. no issues with range of motion, can get under the bar quickly.squats (overhead, front, back) - works really well, they support very well.running - not the best for running, they are support-focused.Overall these are a great pair of sleeves for a great price. Don't over pay for the name brands, you are only paying for the name!TLDR: superb quality, just as good as north raising brand, for less than half the price. Choose one size down if you really crave compression.

These are pretty fantastic. My wife is a gym enthusiast but also has a light knee trouble, so I saw these as an all in one type present. Came on Christmas morning and she was very happy with the presents!Wrap-check, brace-check, the neoprene then added a heating element. She only tried this briefly, but her impressions were very good. The compression was at a good level and i followed the sizing chart. They provide very good support for knees and the quality is superb. Considering the price this is unmatchable value on the market. Time will tell how good they last, but our current impressions are that it is a 5-star product.

This product is the best thing I never knew I needed. I decided to try them because my knees pop and crackle like fireworks when I do heavy squats and I would periodically get pains. They still pop and crackle, but the support I get from these knee sleeves is amazing. I feel much more comfortable squatting heavier weights and my knees feel 100% protected. I used to get periodic knee pain but I haven't had any since I started using them (about a month at the time of this posting), lifting heavy 3 times per week. If you lift heavy and have any uncertainty about your knees, I 100% highly recommend this.Also, I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size smaller than the measurement chart recommended. They are perfect.

I have been searching for neoprene knee supports everywhere and couldn't find what I want- should've known to check Amazon first before driving to a bunch of stores. Everything else I have tried don't fit correctly because they don't allow for a bigger thigh/ leg area than the knee/calf area. These are shaped to allow for that, while giving good stiff support. I have had knee injury and am unable to do exercises without support unless I want to re-injure my knees. I have used this in the pool as I do water aerobics and they stay on and give me the support I need. They are very thick and well made. I hope they hold up as I rinse them with water after being in the pool with the chlorine... It's only been 2 weeks, but so far I am very pleased and feel confident when I have them on that I am able to walk without worrying about my knee 'going out from under me'. I also like the sporty look of them as opposed to the more 'medical' type of supports. As for the fit, I went for the large and I just wish it was a hair more snug right in the knee area, but I just pull it up a little higher on my leg and that gives me the support I need. Thanks for filling my need!

Great! Great! When they came out of the box I thought, "Oh boy, these are going to be much too big," but then I put them on and I'm highly impressed. They offer real secure support. Not like the knee things you buy in the drug store. They are very solid and very secure. I thought they would restrict my leg movement, but no. I was able to bend and move freely, just with a lot more support. I'm very secure when squatting heavy weight now.

As I get a bit older, I find that compression sleeves (and pants and shirts) help lots in weight lifting and softball (I'm in 3 leagues and 67). These offer good support in the knee area, providing added stability. The sizing chart which accompanies these need to be looked at carefully; my size was at the boarder between medium and large, I went with the medium and they are a bit tight - but not uncomfortably so. They suggest hand washing, but I toss them in the washing machine with other gym wear (cold water). I do not put them in the dryer.

Got these in today and went to the gym to do my squat workout. I'm in my 50"s, so I've been afraid to go to heavy because I don't want to mess up my knees. Put these on and started my warm up set. Man, they really feel good. My knees feel great. Great support. I went up 50;lbs higher than I usually do because my knees and legs felt so good. Can't wait to see how much heavier I can go with these sleeves.
