I noticed positive changes in my trainings since taking this supplement. More energy and better muscle composition!

Was recommended to take these and saw they are made locally near my town so I wanted to support small business. I have the MTHFR gene and need these. Having to take FIVE every morning on top of other supplements is a struggle. I gag awful with these particular supplements and the odor is foul. Wishing they had them in a different capsule form. I know I need to take them but probably won’t reorder

This stuff is THE BOMB. And cheap too. Best price I can find.

Does anyone else find regular use of these to be constipating?
