Great taste and helped fuel me during my marathon.

I was surprised at how good these taste. The small round opening makes it easier to pull the gel into your mouth instead of having to squeeze the packet, which makes it easier to swallow as well. Great product. Great package. Please make a 60g version!

Good quality fuel in a convenient pouch with screw off cap. Taste is palatable. Prefer having one gel pouch to deal with versus three individual gels. Makes it easy to take in 90g per hour during long runs.

I’ve only used them a few times but they have been amazing so far. They’ve really kept me fueled on long runs. Taste is good, just slightly sweet. Consistency is great. Slightly thicker than apple sauce. I would recommend trying them!

So these things are excellent fuel if you have the pouch size. When I run with my vest, they're extremely convenient. I hate the stickiness that comes from the rip open gels. I hate being sticky!! And you can do 30g boluses, vs ripping open 3 gels in 1hr. They have a like a very faint, almost nil white grape kind of flavor to them. More importantly, they're extremely neat with the cap. The only thing I don't like is that removable safety gasket--if you forget to take that gasket off before you go on a run, you end up fumbling with it. I wish they would come up with a better way of sealing. I'm a bigger man, so if I run a 10K at tempo or higher, I need to consume a whole one of these. Truthfully, I have a bunch of them that are unused because I'm generally too lazy in training to run far/fast enough to need one, but I do think they're excellent and I plan to use these for halfs and upcoming serious 10ks and10 milers. Expensive though, so maybe for the best.

I'm primarily a runner, so the 90g packets are a little big and really only work for me in races or long runs. I'd love to see Precision Hydration offer a 60g alternative in a similar screw-top packet. I also sometimes buy the 30 g tear-open packets, but buy them elsewhere since they are more expensive here due to the shipping charge. I really like the resealability of these 90g packets compared to the 30g tear-open ones. Every other gel on the market leaves my fingers sticky, but these 90g packets do not do that due to the screw-top design. I also LOVE the consistency compared to most other gels that are way too thick and require some water to properly digest. These work without having to drink, which is a huge plus when racing, since I don't have to plan my fueling around aid stations. In terms of taste, these are really mild, which is both a plus and a minus in my book. If you are consuming a lot of carbs in a long event, taste fatigue can be a real issue, so these help in that regard. Alternately, I sometime find myself longing for something else, so I do sometimes use other gels just to mix things up. All in all, these really work well and will likely be my go-to for some time to come.

Nice mellow flavor kinda chunky but not bad.

my long run is 18-19 miles ( ironman training)used it this week and last week, stomach felt very nice no need to wash it with water like the other brand I was using,if you want to increase the pace you will consume more energy. with the other brand thats an issue because a increase in pace means more energy your body needs wich means you need to consume more wich leads to stomach problems,with this one however I was able to consume at least 10 more grams per 20 minutes with no problems whatsoever.
