Poor Quality & Unresolved Return Issue
The sofa was damaged, and the seating area seems to be made with cardboard kinda material, which is breaking apart. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of assistance from support.

Love the diwan! It’s sturdy and looks great! Would have preferred the frame to be a tad bit thicker but it’s comfy nonetheless! The centre wooden pillar which is under the cushion didn’t fit into the frame, so had to grind a bit using a sandpaper. The screws and joints are in the right places to keep it in one piece! Now let’s see how this holds up over the years! 5/5 for packaging! Please work on more designs! Kudos to the whole team!
