Perfect for my back Patio
Fast Shipping. Easy setup. I did the set up by myself, probably would have been faster with 2 people but I got it done! Needed it for an area to sit outside with my dogs to protect us from the weather. I love that it came with the sandbags!

Very Durable
Well built, can put up and take down myself. Did fabulous during a 3+ inch rain and wind deluge. Would absolutely buy again

Customer service was very responsive.
I contacted customer service after the tent was damaged in a wind storm. They quickly sent me a replacement part and were very easy to work with. The tent is not designed to handle strong winds, but for the size and price I wouldn't expect it to handle extreme winds. After repair, the tent did perfectly well during a week at the ocean on the beach.

Ceiling leaked slightly, broke after second use.
Used only twice before it was destroyed by a mild amount of wind and rain. The first time I used it I noticed the ceiling wasn't fully waterproof either, it let a few drops through.Was easy to set up though. Perhaps if you can guarantee good weather - otherwise splurge for something a bit more sturdy.

So far so great
I bought this last minute to use at my sons birthday party as it was going to reach 93 degrees and there wasn’t much shade available. I didn’t even look to see if I needed anything additional, I opened it up at the park for the first time and I couldn’t have been happier! Such an easy set up, sturdy and I didn’t need any additional tools. I will get a lot of use out of this at the lake as well! I will update if it doesn’t last but so far it seems very sturdy and seems like great quality! The ease of it made me LOVE it!

A 12X12 canopy setup that's worth buying
Setup of this 12X12 canopy is easy. Nice zip up bag that has wheels. I noticed that their are 4 drain holes (1 each side) incase you take on a little rain so the frame doesn't get stressed, which is a nice feature.
