Zhongmei laptop Backpack 17 inch /Travel Gear/Business,Navy Blue

The backpack is great. However there were no instructions for the lock. I contacted the company and never received a response.

Well, the reason for my review is slightly because I did in fact ask a specific question about the anti-theft sleeve for the laptop. I gave the dimensions of my 17.3" notebook. However, it is slightly bigger and bulkier than most 17.3" laptops, the seller did say it would fit it, so i bought. Don't get me wrong, this is a really nice backpack, but the seller gave out false information and I am quite disappointed.. I was hoping that this backpack was going to get the job done, but it only gets the job done a little bit of the time... The backpack is also really stiff, which some people may prefer not to have there backpack. Anyways,i do like the backpack, but it didn't meet my expectations...
