These Have stopped working correctly after only a few uses ...
These Have stopped working correctly after only a few uses. While there were purchased as a birthday gift in weather that didn't require them, as soon as they were exposed to extreme ( by extremem i mean +3 to -3) cold or rain, they not only leaked but also didn't offer any heat as there were purchased to get my partner through the Winter on his motorbike, he is left with freezing, wet hands which is always a hazard on a motorbike. So all I'm left with is £170 for leaky normal non heated gloves. The batteries also started to bulge after 2-3 charges so we are unable to leave them charging unattended for fear of a house fire. Not only that but there appears to be no way to get a refund for these.Avoid buying these as they are simply no

These gloves are BRILLIANT when they work
These gloves are BRILLIANT when they work. And they do work most of the time. I took them skiing this year. If you are planning to go skiing or snowboarding then they are great. On high heat they will last about 2 hours. Medium heat around 4 hours, and low heat around 6.High heat is the best and I found this most beneficial in short bursts during chair lifts or even gondola lifts up the mountain, when you are inactive. The rest of the time the gloves were really good in insulating my cold hands anyway.

The third pair seems to be working fine and they really do keep your hands warm
I almost gave up on these gloves as I had to send back the first two pairs that I ordered as the batteries were not charging properly. The third pair seems to be working fine and they really do keep your hands warm. I commute by scooter and I've already taken them skiing. The gloves are good quality.

DISAPPOINTING
Where is the quality control for this product? I have bought 3 pairs and each had a faulty battery that would not charge. I appreciate that it is possible to return the item, but it is inconvenient and disappointing, they were bought as a present for someone who is off skiing, and now it is too late to replace them.

The only ones that work
I tried several heated gloves and were initially put off by the expense of this pairHowever these work. The others don't. Its as simple as that. You get what you pay for I suppose. Looks and works great. Highly recommended.

Excellent gloves
I bought these for my husband who suffers from Raynauld's syndrome. He says they are absolutely the warmest gloves ever and would highly recommend them to others. They really do work, unlike other types where only the wrist or back of the hand is heated.
