Well, I was not expecting this camera to be as good as it is, but when it's all set up, it blew me away with how good the quality is and how the app seamlessly lets me control every aspect of it.In the package, you get everything needed to set this all up. Ethernet cables for the HUB to let the camera talk to the wifi, mounting brackets and anchors for the camera (as well as a very strong adhesive if you don't want to use the brackets), and a good self explanatory instruction booklet that walks you through the app and setting up both the HUB and the camera.I have read some of the other reviews on this camera, and I do not understand how people are not able to set this up and it just doesn't work. My camera and HUB works perfectly without any problem and connected seamlessly without any hiccup. If you take your time setting this up, then you shouldn't have any problems with it.The camera quality really surprised me. Now, I do not know specifics of the quality itself, but from my eyes, it looks like 1080p easily if it's well lit in the area you have it in.The only con I have to say about this is the charging method. Micro USB. Come on guys. This camera would have been perfect if it has USB charging. Please upgrade the charging method for this instead of using something that takes 5x as long to charge and going the cheaper route instead of something consumers would prefer.

I’m not a beginner with these kind of cameras by a long shot, in fact I’ve been using them for years and have several different types all over my house. So it’s with a slightly red face that I say this system is kind of complicated and confusing and I don’t know why. I haven’t hooked it up yet because when I tried to get everything connected and bound to the app I couldn’t get it to work.I also don’t understand the need for the hub. Is the hub required or is it just for extra range? Or security? And finally, I don’t like that apparently it has to be mounted on a wall and there is no way to just have it sitting on a counter or bookshelf.It looks really slick and modern and impressive but so far has been such a disappointment that I’m probably going to just give it away to someone who wants it.
