Very good, bought for my kids as they kept stealing mine. I have an expensive version of this my husband bought for me years ago as I suffer with migraines, this one is just as good, just slightly thinner. They only use them cold and I just keep them in the freezer to be honest. Easy to use, good quality, they are a tighter fit for compression but stretch well.

Not worth the £5.99 it’s currently on sale for. It is poorly made (see the threads hanging off the seams and bobbles on the material). It has a single side gel pad that does work but only for one side of your head - which is not much use for migraines. My niece suffers frequent debilitating migraines and we purchased her a 2 sided cold gel head wrap from a different manufacturer- it cost more but was well worth the money, this product unfortunately isn’t.
