The best chair I’ve ever purchased
Easy to build. The chair is solid, no creaks and no movement unless I want to tilt it backwards. Supports my weight comfortably and I’m on the heavier side. I can feel the ergonomics against my back, it’s so comfortable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful build quality
In the space of four months since buying it, the back, one of the arm rests and now even one of the base spars have all broken in the course of normal use. I'm nowhere near the max weight given for this product. Cheaply made Chinese rubbish. A complete waste of money.

Very comfortable
Easy to assemble. It took me 25 mins. Seems sturdy enough. Time will tell. I'm 19 stone, my last chair lasted 6 months. I have chosen not to use the arms just yet. I love the lumber support. It's not to firm, just right. In short, I can recommend this chair

Support is fabulous
Whilst upon reading the description this chair appears to be either for tall or heavier people than myself (I’m quite small all round), I was particularly interested in the back and neck support- I haven’t been disappointed so far.Instructions are fantastic for getting this chair up and running. Probably took us just over half an hour to sort, and once built has felt quite sturdy to sit in.There’s a multitude of different levers that you can twist in order to adjust/tilt/position so that you can get the chair exactly as you’d like. I probably need to move it around a bit more to get it ‘spot on’- it’s certainly a trial and error process as there’s quite a bit to choose from. What I’m particularly impressed with is the lumbar support. This feels excellent on your back- especially if you have days working from home or spend long periods of time gaming. The neck part is handy too, although the lumbar support is definitely my favourite part of the chair.Whilst it’s not the most stylish to look at (but none of these type of chairs are), it does appear good quality and well made. Do I think it’s worth its £200 price tag? Possibly, due to the excellent lumbar support.Overall we’ve been impressed and happy to recommend.

Does not recline!
This is a sturdy, comfortable and well made chair. However it is advertised as having a recline feature. It does not. Very disappointed to have spent nearly £200 on a chair which does not do what it is advertised to do.

Both arms have snapped after 5 months
I liked this chair a lot when I first had it but since then there are two issues that have put me off:One is that clothing gets snagged between the back panels - not serious except that it could rip your clothes if you try and get up quickly, I suspect that this may be common across the range but personal experience is on the "Max".The bigger issue is that the chair's arms are simply not strong enough for something sold as "Max"; if I get up by putting weight on the arms I don't expect them simply to snap - both of them have gone within a week! (I can see that another reviewer has this issue).I wouldn't buy this chair again.

Excellent quality and comfort
Easy to put up, very very sturdy, extremely comfortable, only niggle is one screw to secure an arm was missing and there's no way to message the seller to ask for a replacement.

Great chair big design floor.
This is a really great chair very comfortable and great support. So, why the one star? The product has a major design flaw, the arms snap off he frame and there is no way to repair these. Had mine only 6 months and suddenly one day I heard a crack as I was sitting down and the lefthand arm just fell off the plastic completely snapped. I am only 13 Stone so not a large person and this chair is supposed to be made for the larger person.. Such a shame and it was not cheap either.
