Great resistance bands for bodybuilding. Specifically for your arms. I’m disabled and unable to standing dumbbell or barbell curls or my standing exercises that put additional weight on my spine. I strap these just above my biceps and triceps, where they connect to my deltoids. When laying on my chest to do my dumbbell rows it causes all the blood to rush to my arms and provide my a great bicep workout. When sitting at the machine chest press it does the same for my triceps. They sell these for bodybuilding but for many times the price!

The release buttons stuck on a few but for the most part they serve their purpose

great idea but are cheaply made used one a few times and broke and another one used first time and broke. threw the remainder in the trash. not worth it.

They work great. But they could be longer for larger patients and heavier material to last longer .

3 of the 10 tourniquets do not clip at all and had to thrown out. Very disappointed.
