Item arrived well before estimated delivery date. It came on a pallet with a haulier, securely packed and consisting of three pieces.While unpacking and checking the units some imperfections (scratches and traces of red dye) were found on the bowl. However, I decided to keep it as all of these marks are masked by the toilet seat.Assembling the cistern and seat to the bowl is very easy. However, some plumbing is required in case the old water inlet used to be on the right hand side, as this cistern has the inlet on the left.The plastic fixings that come with the toilet to secure the bowl to the floor are not very strong and snap when tightened down. Instead, I used customised pieces of wood, that do a better job.The toilet looks very good, once assembled and the plumbing is done. The water saving is immediately apparent when flushing the toilet for the first time. It uses much less water compared to an old type cistern and features a dual flush facility as well.I have no problem in recommending this toilet to interested buyers, given the fact that this is an excellent offer, indeed.

My delivery came before the date that was set! I had to pay £35 for the delivery but the toilet was competetivley priced and i did not mind doing that. The cistern was broken when I opened it. I must say that the item was not packaged well there was no foam or bubble wrap inside the box! It may save money for better bathrooms on replacement products if they invest in this. Non the less I have given my overall service 5 stars because I called up customer service and told them of my problem they where helpful and friendly and suggested that they would re-order and I just received a delivery of the broken part (next day). I am very impressed with that!! On a better note.... my compact toilet looks great and I cannot wait to see it fitted in my small cloak room this product is just the right size, I did do my research and better bathroom had the smallest width and projection for a compact toilet. I fully recommend buying from this company after the experience I had.

The appearance is nice. The installation is a bit tricky as with any close to the wall toilet. I felt the waste pipe should be a little longer because getting your hands round the back to fit the soil pipe is difficult. The floor fixings are a nuisance because you have to be fairly good with your measurements. The cistern cover is a bit loose and slides backwards and forwards.The worst part were the minute instruction leaflets. Trying to figure out exactly where things should be is almost impossible to see, and the English translation could do with another try, preferably with an English speaker around when it's done.Overall it is a reasonable result but in future I think I will go to a showroom to look at toilets and check out water and waste placements and floor fixing.

Excellent kit.- Very easy to mount.- Pretty compact, yet very comfortable and stable.- Everything is included.- Even the lid it ships with is of great quality and pretty solid.- The cistern is a bit small, but that's exactly what I wanted because my pipe have very low pressure, I prefer an optimized system that takes less water to flush, and it's more Eco- The half flush does work nicely, it does flush even tissue (if small amount of course)- The seat is a bit low, it's not a problem at all for me, but worth checking, maybe very tall people would find it awkward- Space saver, reallyI can't find any fault to it so far.

I like the style and it looks good. I did not give it 5 stars because of the lack of fitting information. The base is fully enclose meaning thereis no access to the fitting points and there is no template to determine the fitting position, this is a serious overlook and may mean buyerswill have to employ a plumer and hense extra expense.

Having just fitted the above product very pleased with the classy design and the compactness was ideal for the situation intended downstairs toilet.. Highly recommended to others seeking a similar purchase.

Excellent wc ideal for small cloakroom, only downside is the toilet seat bracket , it's like something out the krypton factor

better bathrooms were excellent the delivery spot on time driver asked me to unpack all packages to check for any possibledamage which there were none due to very good packaging. the toilet fitted like a glove in less than 1 hour all this at a very reasonable price .thanks better bathrooms uk
