Tasty and effective
These taste really nice and have a great texture. Unlike a lot of gummies they don't get stuck in your teeth either. I can't necessarily comment on the medical necessity or whether they are giving me the correct levels of each vitamin, but I was advised to eat more fibre and they seem to be doing the trick! They feel like good value for money and have a good number in there, and I view them as high quality gummies in general. I don't feel like they're too big or bulky and actually quite enjoy eating them.

They work
Was recommended these as on a high protein diet and was really struggling for over a month. Took these and I will say took around 3/4 days til I saw the benefits so started to get a little sceptical but they do definitely work! So be patient if they don't help straight away. Much more gentle than nasty laxatives. Absolute game changer. I also find them quite pleasant to eat. Nice flavour, bit sticky to chew but I didn't mind that.

Great but definitely not 90 in the tub!
They taste great and work wonders but there definitely isn’t 90 in the tub. 3 gummies a day should last 30 days but I’ve run out a week and a half beforehand.

Very effective substitute for lack of fibre
Recommendations say take one a day but I’ve been taking two everyday in the morning and it seems to be working well for me as I don’t eat a lot of fibre so it’s a great alternative I highly recommend taking this supplement especially for constipation or digestion issues 👍

Sweet, sticky, but fine
They don’t taste too great. Very sweet with a more gel-like than gummy texture that only gets stuck in your teeth. I have a sweet tooth as it is, so I thought I wouldn’t mind, but even for me, it’s a little too cloying.
