This little solar panel works wonders on my old pickup that I don't drive much. It came with a plug that goes right into the OBD2 outlet and keeps my battery from draining. I just lay the panel on the dash and plug it in. Very satisfied with the item.

Awesome for battery maintenance. Works great. I have a diesel work truck that I only use about every other week. In the winter the battery likes to be a little weak on it. This has allowed me to connect the cable (which is plenty long enough to reach from the obd port adapter to the windshield.). Its compact size means it just lives on my dashboard. The panel is waterproof so I bought one for my boat and ATV to keep the batteries charged as well.

Wife has a 99 5.9 cummins that doesnt get driven all the time. Things batteries keep dying every month so we slapped one of these things on and it helped keep them charged for a bit. I did have to break out an extra cable cause it wasn't too long but no biggie - gotta plug her in for the cold months anyhow. Easy to install and move around.

I like the concept! It's just no way to tell if it's on and working the first time I plugged it to the car's obd connector since it was barely light outside. I tried flashing a light to it but no charging light came on either??? I'll update any results hopefully I didn't get a defective one.

Still working well after 1 year. Had to purchase this wattage due to compact size. In direct sunlight it trickle charges my 12v. Still seems durable and good value.
