Monin - Gourmet White Chocolate Sauce, Creamy and Buttery, Great for Desserts, Coffee, and Snacks, Gluten-Free Non-GMO (64 Ounce)

This is the best chocolate sauce! I have tried many different ones and this is the best. I like the Hollander Caramel but Monin Dark Chocolate. Makes great caramel/mocha coffee drinks. Thick but mixes well and not too sweet. Have ordered many times and it comes packaged well with no leaks. My main issue is the Monin pump. I use this just about every day - sometimes skip a few days here or there. Over time, the pump (not included) gets a hardened build-up which makes it harder and harder to dispense. Every so often I just take a fork or something and clean the end. Probably just a normal fault of chocolate sauce which hardens. Not a knock or anything but just an FYI. I cannot take any stars for this as it's the pump not the sauce. -Side note, the old Hollander pumps used to have a rubber tip which 'closed' the tip immediately after use - but the new ones don't. Probably that would have been a good addition to the pump but I digress. The pump includes a detached cap which I should probably use but who wants to do that?

Tastes really good. Thick and creamy. Perfect for hot or cold drinks. Mixes really well either way. A little goes a long way. Excellent quality and value.

The taste of this chocolate sauce is better than any others I’ve had. The best coffee shops use Monin chocolate so I had to have this in my kitchen. We enjoy it almost daily. The bottle is huge so it should last a while.

Use this in coffee, makes a great mocha. Wife says it is good for chocolate milk too.

Good as usual

I had already griped to seller that shipping method with late delivery (estimated first at 5 days then 10days) was unsatisfactory. Someone must have waved a magic wand as item arrived 24 hours later. Anticipation as syrup was to be part of a fancy milestone birthday dessert. It arrived as I was plating the dessert, so anxiety resolved. Taste--5 star; ease of opening--3 star, lack of pour spouter in mind this a large 1 quart sized bottle--1 star. As the syrup is thick, almost as thick as popular hazelnut spread--it does not pour so must use iced tea spoon or similar swizzle. Not sure how going to get last half out of the bottle as it won't stand up easily and not sure I care to take time to soften in boiling water bath for each later use.

Was wonderful as I expected.

We use this for homemade mochas, ice cream, to drizzle on fruit and so on. It's delicious, with a rich flavor that's not too sweet. Great value for purchase.

We found Monin Gourmet Dark Chocolate Sauce at Van Houtte Coffee House in Riviere du Loup, Quebec. We asked the baristas there what chocolate sauce they were using to make such great mochas, and they showed us the 64-ounze bottle with the pump. We ordered it from Amazon and had it shipped to our campground on Prince Edward Island, where we arrived the following week.

I liked it so much the first time, I decided to get this larger size. I am happy with my purchase. I use it to make mocha drinks.
