also works to make nonslip surface for something
I got this rubber sheet for something else but cut off a bit to put under my electric stapler because the electric stapler kept sliding backwards after being used repeatedly. so rubber underneath, now stapler doesn't bounce/slide back with each staple punch action.

Garbage disposer gasket
Cut a gasket from this material to seal a leak between our garbage disposer and the discharge tube. Did the trick and no more drips under the sink.

It stinks
Description said no odor.... it smells like new running shoes... not what I want to make seals for food containers, that can't be Food Safe. Allstate Gasket never replied to me. This was an Amazon Warehouse deal, so maybe someone else must have sent it back.

Not the bright white I thought
My only complaint is that it is a creamier white and not the bright white I was looking for. Otherwise product was fine

For a food grade gasket material, it smells really strongly like rubber tires.
I found this to be very strong smelling (like rubber) even after washing it well. I used if for gasket material to a jar with a flip top and the water has taken on a bitter off taste i believe from being in contact with this material. Unfortunately, i would not recommend this product for any contact with food.

Definitely not white
Unfortunately I actually needed a white material as shown on the listing. This is definitely a tan or beige color.
