Plenty of power for my small business!!!
Setup took forever... had to break into two sessions. However, after that, it is EXACTLY what I needed for my small business needs. I 've been running 12 tabs open, three screens, and running Adobe Suite with ChatGPT in running in the background and zero lag.

Very nice device
Great laptop. A little on the pricier side, but unfortunately everything is these days. But, comparative to what you would get else where. Solid device. Quick processor, plenty of storage, touch screen works as expected. It is on the bulky/heavy side... I use it as a daily driver taking too and from the office, and the fan does kick in pretty loud. If you need something silent and light, opt for something smaller. But otherwise this is a good computer for business or personal.

Very SLOW, Buy HP instead
Very slow laptop, I recommend getting a laptop that has a faster processor, this is a turtle and has mcAfee outdated on it . I tried uninstalling it and it wouldn’t let me and upon uninstalling mcAfee as I was doing it, I got many viruses and it froze up. I had to put the laptop in the shop to fix it and I didn’t even have it for a month and had to put it in the shop. I wish I would’ve known how slow it is because I would’ve gotten an HP

Best Dell yet
This is my 2nd Dell computer in 15yrs. This one is the best so far. They are dependable and has a fast processor. I will by another one just to have for my personal applications.

Love Dell!!
Love Dell products. This is my 6th Dell machine and second laptop. Speed, easy of set up and connectivity. Large screen, tackpad and keyboard are comfortable. Great price!

ITS TRASH DONT BUY IT
I wish I could leave one star. This laptop must have been made from groups of left over parts and processors they had laying around. Totally SLOW and CLUNKY , the screen resolution is horrible, battery life is POOR, I doubt it will last a year as the Durability seems peer at best. I really cant believe in this day and age a new laptop, at a totally overpriced amount can be this poor in quality. I spent hours adjusting settings in an attempt to improve the picture, speed and overall workability of this computer BUT NOTHING HELPS. IN MY OPINION IT IS GARBAGE, OVER PRICED AND A WASTE OF MONEY

Excellent laptop, great price too

I tried with this laptop, I didn't want to return it, but it has two issues I cant get over: 1- The fan makes too much noise, its to distracting. I cant understand how a laptop which has been used for less than a month can make this much noise, I don't even want to think how bad it would be in a year. 2- Laptop is too slow, for reason beyond me, this laptop with a i7 processor and basically running with only Bluebeam and Microsoft Office freeze every damn time I try to open a blueprint in Bluebeam. Disappointed is an understatement. I'm sending this one back
