Just a very basic tasting raw honey..
Despite the delivery and packaging being perfect,This honey was not what I expected,(I thought it would taste like oak or a bit woody but it just tastes like your average honey with a bit of mollasses added). For flavour I'd give 1 star for nearly no flavour.Again, it was just my personal expectation so probably nothing wrong with the honey whatsoever, (Hence why I gave 4 stars).I will just keep it on standby as a normal honey or storage food,As there is no particular pleasure in eating it.(I actually prefer English honey to this,As long as it's the creamy - luxury type, though).I guess i'll just have to visit Bulgaria again one day for what I was looking for.(Honey that has so much flavour you'd think it was liquid candy, like push pops or pop rocks with a hint of pine needles, is the best way to describe it).No wonder there is a 7 year waiting list for non Bulgarian residents. :(
