So pretty and has all my grand and great grand kids on it, My neighbor saw it one day and she was going to order her one.I was so proud of it that i put in my china cab.

The quality is great, I understand the other reviews complaining about the picture but I’m pretty sure you can tell it isn’t indented into the actual cup but instead it’s a picture printed on. I didn’t mind and my mom definitely didn’t mind either. She was really happy about the mug and it’s her favorite. If you’re looking for something cute and simple, this is your go to for a fair price.

This is such a sweet sentimental gift. I have two children with very unique names. You would never find thier names on anything in a gift shop. My children refer to grandma as "Abuelita" as well. So I thought a customizable mug would be perfect and it was! I was nervous ordering the cup but it came in yesterday. A day before mothers day. When my mother opened it up, I was told she cried for an hour. Because of how sweet and sentimental it was. Does it have flaws? A few, like the text is shadowy but I feel like it makes the hands on the mug look more realistic. The text is small though but good thing nobody here is visually impaired. As for the heat resistance and durability I will never know. The mug means alot to my mama she put it up for display. Not risking it to be broken, so yes I got my value for money.

In my opinion it is definitely not worth the price. The mug it self is sturdy like a normal mug you would buy at Walmart. However you wouldn’t pay as much for a printed mug. So I realized now that it does state that it’s 2D print. I should have paid more attention to that detail. Fine whatever but my print is faded on the on side and one name is extremely blurry and you can barely read any of kid’s names because the font is so little. Also the print of the hands does not look centered. Really the hands should have been blown up a little more and positioned more to the center instead of towards the handle. All over I would NOT Recommend this to anyone due the price of the mug and how cheaply it looks/made. Not worth it.

It’s a basic mug with a flat print and nothing more . The advertisement images are computer generated so they do not translate the true look of the mug. The 11 oz size is too small. If you buy, buy 15 oz so you actually can see well the customization. The 11 oz measures up to the very top when water overflows. Usually, the mug declared volume in most mugs, fills up the mug and leaves a half of an inch of the space free from the top. So the advertised size is smaller than your regular store 11oz mug. If I could do it again, I would go for a 15 oz or none! The only reason to spend $22 for a small mug is a customization.

This product is high quality and my mother absolutely loved her Nana mug! This company is very thorough and will contact you via customer email to be sure that your order is correct. It is IMPERATIVE to make sure that you check your email when this happens so that your product shows up correctly. When I ordered, I assumed that the large hand name would be there. Unfortunately there was an error in the system and only the children's names showed up. The company tried to contact me to let me know about this, but I did not check my customer email (because I didn't know it existed.) When I found out that it did exist, I contacted the company and let them know what had happened. They sent me a corrected product for a small fee. They went above and beyond to make sure that the product I got was correct. I would definitely buy from this company again!
