Q: Are these beans fairtrade ?

Don't think there fair trade but even if they were I wouldn't buy this coffee. I sent mine back as it smelt and tasted like damp dogends, absolutely disgusting. Try Rave coffee they do a Swiss water decaf that's great

No sorry we are unable to get this in organic

Q: Can this be used to make cold brew?

This Coffee has been ground for use in a traditional Cafetiere, it is ground to allow the water to pass through at the optimum rate using this method. If you were to use this in its current state, you would likely end up with a much stronger flavour as the brewing time for Cold Brew is much longer. To combat this you could shorten the brew time and end up with the desired effect. I hope this answers your question :) - Brad.
