Easy to use
I like these much better than the loop and u bolt style most cable kits come with. I had one of those fail on me and drop a loaded weight pin closer to my feet than im comfortable with. This is a very beefy unit. Three set screws hold the cable in place with two going one way and one going the other. So far it seems sturdy but I am going to keep it to the lighter weights just in case. Have the bumpers for the pulley is convenient. One thing to note about those is you are not changing the cable on the pulley without removing one side of these. At least in my setup as a gym pulley.
