Leider nicht wie angegeben
Laut Info gibt es 3 verschiedene Stärken (10,20 und 30 lbs).Habe 2 mal 10 lbs erhalten und einmal 20 lbs.Kundenservice kontaktiert. Ansonsten gut, die Stärken für mich nur zu schwach.

Great use
I use these at home and at the gym. I’ve also thrown the anklets to the washer and air dry. They come out fine.

I really enjoy working out with these my only concern is that after a while my ankle starts to hurt but they definitely work my legs were on fire after my workout

Great for beginners
The carabiners are fairly small, but the ankle straps are sturdy and I feel safe enough to use the bands under tension.I tried stacking the resistance bands together to see how far I could take the weight progression, and they didn't break or anything, but the size of the carabiner clips made me feel less confident in them, also because the bands shoot back quite violently when you let go of them under tension.Over all, I feel like they are great for some workouts at home, especially worth for beginners.
