This is a fantastic item. I take one every night and it’s not let me down. I don’t have leg cramps and I’m sleeping up to 7hrs, which I haven’t done in a long time! They are capsules, but easy to swallow. Buy with confidence. 5 stars and well deserved.

This product is NOT what it says it is, not what you think you are buying
This product is not what it says it is, it’s a stearate, not a glycinate. It says it has no other additives. In reality it doesn’t even contain the magnesium glycinate it is supposed to contain. It has 5 other listed ingredients which should not be there. I will be returning this product. I do not trust this manufacturer or its product & certainly will not be swallowing it. I will probably be reporting it.
