But that's supplements right!Cant say if they do anything, like any other supplement, but they didn't have any adverse effects either.Claims that pills can "support" blood sugar levels is a bit of a generic claim, but if you think you need these then that's your choice.Its hard to rate a pill that has no immediate affects. Take ibuprofen, pain goes away, then great. Take a supplement and then feel maybe better, or maybe not worse...how can you evaluate that. Your diet could be affecting the results.
