Ok so I finally got this shower head installed. It unfortunately leaks and I followed all directions! I even had my maintenance guy try to fix it but it has to do with warped threading. Also, this is a total water waster! If you want to do something good for our planet, then skip this filter/showerhead combo and just get the filter. I ended up keeping the top part of the filter system and going with a filtered culligan shower head which does not waste so much water! What a cheap, POC this showerhead was that came with this combo!

We have super hard water here in Eastern Washington. This filtered shower head is awesome! It provides a soft, strong stream of water...very relaxing! I bought it in April, and now am replacing the filter cartridge, for the first time, now in July. But, keep in mind, our water is so hard, frankly I'm surprised it lasted this long! Nice, too is the white mineral deposit, from the hard water on the tub handles and spout has decreased substantially, if not totally. Yep, I would buy this again...in fact, I'm going to for the guest shower! :-)

I struggled a bit trying to figure out how to install the shower head correctly?? The Instruction manual did not have very clear instructions on how to connect the round mechanism to the shower head? I almost gave up and was going to return the item. But decided to look at the shower head pictures from the box/my orders page on amazon and I’m so happy I figured it out!! This shower head filteration system is AMAZING!! 🤗 I’ve only been using it for about two weeks, and I already see a huge difference in my skin complexion and hair texture. Ive gotten several compliments from people on how pretty my skin is!! I now look forward to my showers everyday. Thank you, great buy. 👍🏻

I like this filter. The water in our building is so harsh and as a result of finally taking the leap to put a filter on the shower head, my skin feels much better. Also, great customer service! Thank you.

Filter clogged in 3 days, but WOW!!!!....THIS THING WAS AMAZING up until that point. I think my water quality is just so damn bad that it clogged really fast.... Made a big difference in hair and skin softness...just felt cleaner and no residue left behind. If the filters lasted longer, i would give 5 stars all day, every day!

Very good quality, and such a good deal. This was the cheapest filtered shower head that I could find on amazon and the quality is amazing. Have been using for just a week now and can already tell the difference. Highly recommend this product.

This is the 1st shower head that I have been in love with since the house was built in 1980. I had never experienced the fullness of flow thatthis head uses. I have added benefit of a filter. It is a win win.

This thing is AMAZING! I love it. You can feel how clean the water is when it hits your body and overall with my natural bar of soap my skin is so soft without any lotion. For the price you can't go wrong.
