I'm older and in good shape regarding my health. I have found that I sometimes tend to slump for some unknown reason. My partner comments on my posture and I feel like it is not attractive or healthy, plus slumping creates an energy drain to make moving harder. So I got this Posture Corrector and I wear it for a little while each week. It has made a very big difference! My movement is so much more natural and efficient. I would give it a higher rating if the back support stayed over my shoulder blades rather than slipping down. It does have something to stop chaffing under the arms but I'm using this in the winter so I haven't had to use that although I did try those pieces out to see if the back would stay in position better. The bottom line is the thing works, takes some getting used to... and then you have better posture.

Product performed as advertised. It did keep my shoulders from slouching, but it also limited my arm movements a little, which I believe is its purpose so as to help stabilize the upper back muscles. After wearing it only 1 day, my shoulder pain almost disappeared. My only complaint is that the back of the harness had the tendency to ride up after about 6 hours of use, causing me to readjust it and tighten the straps. The only solution to that is the addition of a waist strap, which is not a good idea, because my previous harness had that and the metal adjustment loop on the front would constantly ride up and dig into my ribs. Despite the fact that this one needs occasional adjustments when wearing it, it is far superior to my old harness, and I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using this product and I absolutely recommend it for anyone that has a bad posture! My wife and I been using it, it’s a big plus that the straps are adjustable fits both of us, also the pair of pads are awesome helps with comfort in the underarm area.

I can still slouch pretty easily while wearing this. Even if I really tighten the straps. I still have to think about keeping my shoulders back while wearing it, which I can do without wearing it.

Wider than usual straps make it comfortable. I'd give it 5 stars if it had longer straps that fastened in front so assist from another person was not necessary to put on. Even better, use front closing click buckles or rachet fasteners.

This is exactly what I’ve been needing as a breastfeeding/ pumping mom. My back was hurting me from slouching all the time. When I put it on it immediately helped, and it’s soft and comfy enough to wear around the house!

For the longest I struggled with back problems and tend to slouch a lot at work, so I decided to give this product a try honestly the first day wearing it I saw a huge difference, the way I walked, sit and stand. Looking forward in using it daily to help with my back. Great product!

I saw all the good reviews and figured it’s worth a shot. i’ve had bad posture my whole life i do hair for a living so naturally my back pain is unreal between the two. i’ve been wearing it for about an hour now and it’s making it so much easier to fix my posture and stand up straight without having to think about it as much. loving it so far can’t wait to see long term results !
