The compression stockings are very well made. Even though the compression is strong, they were not as difficult to get on as I expected. I hope they do the job in reducing the swelling in my ailing husband's leg.

Went to an expensive vein Dr. I have DVT in my right leg. He did ultrasound and told me I had non acute blood clots in my right leg and will have DVT the rest of my life. He then told me to get these. EXPENSIVE! but you get what you pay for! So basically I paid my vein Dr. 500 bucks for him to tell me to buy 35 dollar pair of these socks. So... if you have DVT... SKIP THE DR. and just buy these socks cos that's what their gonna tell you to buy anyways. Make sure you size your legs right with the chart. I'm going to order a 3rd pair. I only use them on my right leg but need to order a 3rd pair so I don't have to wash them all the time. I wear them at work 5 days a week. so 4 socks a week. Anways... i wash with warm water, delicate, light detergent, hang to dry on a hanger. So far they haven't slipped down, I've had them a good while now. My swelling has gone down. Pain not so much. If you have DVT you know what I'm talking about. No socks will help with pain that us DVT people have. But as for swelling, it has went down. I work 12 hour shifts standing up so this is a MUST. For people that don't walk around that much or have a job where you sit. Still buy them, but make sure you walk around to get that blood flowing. So important! value for the money... 3 stars. but.... everything else 100 stars!

These stockings are a Godsend. I purchased these as the PA at my pain management suggested I buy over the knee compression stockings as I was/am having a problem with my left leg swelling after a total knee replacement. I had tried below the knee compression stockings along with a compression knee brace yet the compression between the two weren't uniform and caused a sausage effect of swellingAnyways, the edema I was experiencing not wearing these hose was horrendous. Wearing these stockings completely eliminates edema and swelling for me. I bought a 2nd pair so I can wait longer between washings. FWIW I only wear one stocking and it's worn on my left leg. No sense wearing a stocking on my right leg as there is no swelling there. When I wear short pants I wear a black below the knee compression stocking so both legs look somewhat similarI wear the stocking one time before laundering. I don't think I could get two uses from these stockings since there is a bit of dry flaky skin after wearing all day...it's somewhat dry here this time of year so I like to wear once then launder. That said I used the small load cycle in my washing machine with the 4 individual JOBST stockings, and I also launder the below knee compression socks with these. They bo0th then go into my clothes dryer but I use the air dry option which just tumbles the stockings. I use a 20 minute cycle and they both come out dry. I tried using the delicate cycle but the stockings came out damp from the washer (not enough of a spin cycle) so I went back to using the small load setting in the wash

Good socks that are thick enough that they will not get runs easily. By the end of the day I would have to pull them up and readjust at the toe and the knee. Aggravated me behind the knee due to too much bunching and too from too much squishing. BUT they did do the job and I'm glad I had them.

I LOVE THESE BUT THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO THE STORE

These are very very comfortable. They are pretty easy to put on, even in the airport bathroom! Tops stay put and do not roll down. Thigh highs make it so much easier to use restroom. Once they were on, never had to adjust them again for the entire 17 hours they were on. Noticed a big difference on the flight home when I did not wear them. Was no where near as comfortable without them, easy enough to put on in airplane restroom.(lol) No crazy gloves or lotion required here. Fit snugly and very comfy. Whether you are plus-sized, or not, these are worth the money. I measured my thighs, ankles, and calves for accurate sizing choice. Followed packages recommendation.

This is my first product review. I'm a critical care nurse, and I have severe swelling after a 12 hr shift. These support hose are amazing. They stay put, are comfortable, true to size, and my legs are not the least bit swollen when I'm done my shift! I wash them in a lingerie bag in the washing machine and then let them air dry. So far they are all like brand new even after multiple wears. Absolutely worth every penny!

Delivery was very swift and stockings were exactly right.
