the engaving is nice
the detail of the engraving is nice, polished, and there isn't any mistakes. Although the text they displayed in the picture and what they actually have is actually different. They were missing a few fonts which was saddening since we wanted to get a different font originally. Regardless of our original intention of style/feel to the lighter it works without any problems.

Great personalized Zippo
Beautiful case and very nice engraving. I got my initials engraved, and it takes up the whole lower half of the front of the lighter. I wanted a butane lighter and the Zippo Blu didn't appeal to me, so I order a Vector Thunderbird insert (which fits great; separate review) and now the lighter is everything I could ask for. Good Deal!

best friend's birthday gift
I bought this as a birthday gift for my best friend. The look on his face when he opened it was so awesome. It has a great clean look to it, centered perfectly, shiny as heck. Contacted seller twice for engraving with a very quick friendly response from them. I'm sure I'll buy from them again!

Beautiful lighter
Purchased as a gift - recipient loves it. The personalization is a special touch and it's a beautiful case. As noted by another reviewer, the only downside is that it seems to empty quickly.

nice, but always empty
This lighter is almost perfect!it just seems to need a refill every single time i use it. maybe im not filling it up correctly, ill update my review if that is the case.
