It's exactly what it is, it does exactly what it says it does, and it is a necessity for doing repairs on GE Washing Machines. I would not have been able to fix my own washer without it. Great item at a great price. It pays for itself the first time you use it. Highly recommend.

Great one time use cheap tool, for DIY repairing the washing machine , IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DOING. This tool easily opened the nut and locked as well, after repair was done.

Okay I should have ordered in the beginning one that was multi I never knew I would need another one but after getting a new washer or new to me cuz it was definitely not new I had to use the second one and order a different type that was this one it worked perfectly but it doesn't fit over it exactly as it should neither did the first one for the other brand so it takes a lot of getting it on there and trial and error to make it work but it does work I would suggest getting one that's a multi that way it fits and should it not fit it'll still hold on without repeated attempts due to it being multi-type you'll see what I'm talking about look it up it works for me though after many attempts and I would recommend a multi-type if you get this one you're going to have to make adjustments such as putting tape around each one so that it'll hold on without added back problems

I thought I could get away without buying this wrench, but unfortunately in the end I needed it. I did take a wire brush to try to clean up the debris that built up around the top of the nut and the threads. And then I sprayed it with some penetrating oil and let it soak. I did get it to start turning, but then the whole shaft started turning. I sprayed it with a little bit more penetrating oil and then started working the nut back and forth and was finally able to get it off. I did use a brass hammer and it's not to completely destroy the wrench, and it worked well. And make sure you wear ear plugs! When you start hitting on that wrench inside the washer, it sounds like you're ringing a bell, quite loud.

Too thin and not long enough. Began to bend. wasn't even able to remove the nut. I had to buy a socket which was about the same price to use instead with my impact wrench.

The item was cut larger than the size in the description. So, it was too big for the item I needed it for.

Absolute must for repair on an old washer. I could not remove the tub nut before getting this. Well worth the money.
