This was generally a nice frame for the price, but I noticed a few things that I would change when I was trying to frame my piece.I got this frame to frame a puzzle. I bought the 11 x 14 frame and it said in the description that the opening was 10 1/2 x 13 1/2. The puzzle I had measured 10 3/4 x 13 3/4 so I figured I had an extra eighth of an inch on each side. As it turned out my puzzle fit nearly exactly in the opening without the extra quarter inch of play. It was close enough that it worked but somethings that made it a little more difficult was the fact that the glass piece did not fit snugly into the opening. Everything was a little loose the glass and the mat.I didn't need the mat, but I believe the mat in the glass were cut to fit the frame as described, but the frame was just cut a little bigger than it was supposed to. Like I said it wasn't a huge deal but I had to do a lot of wiggling to get it so that the openings weren't showing.The frame came packaged really well with foam around the edges and foam over the glass so that it got here in one piece with no breakage. The whole thing was in a box and then packaged inside another box. I was a little afraid it wouldn't get here in one piece given that it was glass but everything worked out fine.One other slight detrimental thing to be aware of is that I got the Barnwood color and when I was wiping down the glass before I put my picture in I noticed the color came right off onto the paper towel even though there was no cleaner or anything on it so the color would rub off easily depending on where you hang it on the wall. I'm probably going to put some little felt pieces on the corners in the back so that it doesn't touch the wall directly.All in all I think that my piece turned out pretty well, With a little extra maneuvering on my part. It would've been a lot easier if the sizing was exactly as described, but because it was such a good value and the finished piece looked very nice I gave it four stars.Thanks for reading my reviewBecky Brooks

I didn’t hang these up yet but I think they look great and more expensive than they actually were. I am super happy so far.

The ones that I received look nice, solid wood (some sort of soft wood, but nicely sanded and stained) with real glass and simple clean line -- all the features I wanted. Except the mats' windows were sloppily cut with tiny remnants of paper still hanging, that would drive an OCD person up the wall, and I had to clean those up with an X-acto knife. It could have been 5-star.

I ordered the “carbonized” one, but got the “rustic white” one. It’s really nice, so I can’t in good faith give it less than 5 stars. It’s just not what I ordered.Perhaps amazon could take note to be a little more careful in the future.

I ordered 6 frames on a Friday and they came a few days later (on Sunday) - REALLY fast delivery.I love the look of the frames; they were just what I needed.The hooks on the back are pretty flimsy. They are holding just fine (the frames are pretty lightweight) but they’re pretty flimsy (dollar store type of thing). I ordered 6 frames in total and two had some scuffing on the frame but since I ordered a weathered finish, I didn’t mind at all.I looked online to custom order some frames and they would have set me back hundreds of dollars. This are a great value because they’re priced so low. But if you’re looking for indestructible, invest in the good stuff.

Nice frame, went perfectly with the diamond dot picture that I had in that size. Not heavy duty, which is totally fine by me. I'm just so happy that it arrived unscathed! It was completing a mother's day gift and they packed a glass frame in a bubble mailer! I then watched the delivery guy on my Ring camera, chuck the envelope across my porch towards the front door. I thought for sure that the glass would be shattered. Shockingly it wasn't, but I would hope that Amazon would pack fragile things a little better and acknowledge that it's fragile on the outside of the packaging so the delivery person might take better care when also handling it.

I've bought this to frame an 11"x14" art piece. The wood itself is a tad bit redder than the product photos. It comes with real glass! The great part is that the frame has an all-around groove, where you can slide in the back part and the holding pieces to secure the back cardboard.I've taken a star away because there was a noticeable blemish on the glass (i think it's glass residue or glue of some sort? I can't seem to scrape it off) and because of some excess glue inside of all four corners that is visible at certain angles.HOWEVER, that's just me being picky. To be honest, you are most likely not going to have a museum crowd looking at the frame and scrutinizing every bit of the frame - so for a home frame I think it's great for its value!

Disappointed with this frame. Using the mat provided the 9 by 12 picture was too large to fit this mat. I lost several outside area from view in order to properly mat my picture. Another problem was that the mat was cut too large to fit the 11 by 14 frame. Another difficulty occurred when after inserting the mat and picture. There was not adequate clips to hold the picture in. The short top of one side did not have any attachment clips located on the side. The existing clips in the back were too weak to secure the picture that is the back sealing board to the frame. More and better clips were needed. The frame itself was only fair. I would not be likely to purchase a frame from this company in the near future.

I wanted a simple wooden frame and this was perfect. I saw quite a few frames that came as a pair or single ones over $30 so I was happy I found this one for $22!

Even better than pictured because the glass is great quality, good weight. Arrived packaged safely with bubble wrap, styrofoam and edge protectors all inside a box within the Amazon box. Wood frame is sturdy and smooth, and edges are all matched up neatly. Perfect for framing posters for our playroom!

The frame is good quality for the price but unfortunately it's less ashy and more of an orange tone wood. Overall nice but likely wouldn't purchase again.

These are just what I was looking for. Packed well and nothing broken, which is a concern when ordering something with glass.
