This CE Level 1 vest is great for beginners. Materials are durable and breathable. Nice protection and coverage in all the right places (including the armpits) and adjustable. This is a great vest that’ll let you focus on your technique instead of how injury prone you are. :-P

I will say that this suit is well made with nice stitching and good attachment points. It is lighter than I expected, but still heavy enough to do the job.I ordered the size I would normally wear and it fits well if not a tad bit snug. Overall, this is a nice vest and I can see getting a lot of use out of it.
