I must say, I really really enjoyed riding it, and I mean really really enjoyed it. I think I must have just had a one in a million issue. I couldn't as a consumer let a 30 day guaranteed return stand in the way of trouble shooting that may or may not have been resolved within the return period. They accommodated my return at their expense and have communicated with me every step of the way. I would buy from these guys again in a second, I believe the product is great. I really do.

I have owned a Rambo Nomad for over 2 years now. I wasn't overly happy with it for a few reasons but I still have it and it still works 100% so can't complain too much. I got the Young bike which are the same as my bike in almost every way except the $ of course. I really like the Young Ebike. They have made some improvements over the last few years to the design. Really like the rear kick stand, like that the assist mode doesn't time out, like how quite the bike is, it is a little faster than my Nomad but not much. I max out at 25 on Nomad, 32 on Young. I am a little worried about the durability of any ebike. It's a solid investment and you really need to take care and proper maintenance or you will wish you did. The Young bike was super simple to finish assembly. It was 90% done in the box, I had to look at directions to see how to mount the head light, lol. Which Rambo ebike didn't come with, tail light either. Young comes with both and tail light is brake activated or manual. It's really a pretty awesome bike so far and I think worth every penny. Update... I took it out this morning and rode for 44 miles on pedal assist level 5. My Rambo bike never got that far, more like 25 miles. This was right out of the box, no mods. Once the pedal assist went out though it was pretty tough riding for the last 3 miles. The bike is pretty heavy.

Directions and video on Amazon that young electric tells you to watch are in direct conflict.the first two steps are too vague. step 3 was easy enough.step 4 they don't tell you the left pedal is reversed threaded and the right is normal,AMERICAN threads.the holes were most tapped well (had to retap most holes) .just started to charge battery and 5 minutes in very warm.I will have to pay extra to have a safety check before I dare ride this half a death trap and keep an attorney on retainer.I must add I'm a union electrician for 33 years and am very comfortable with tools.VERY DISAPPOINTED.my advice is if you are going to buy a Chinese bike THINK AGAIN!!!

The media could not be loaded.  After a little research, I found this bike had the best battery (20ah), excellent hydraulic disc brakes, the assembly was a breeze, quality shifter components, and the fenders and rack were a bonus as some bikes don’t included them. I purchased and tested one and was so impressed I bought 3 more. Everything just works very, very well! It can cruise roads, grass, and sand just fine. I enjoy riding single track trails and I keep up with the kids on their non powered specialized bikes just fine. I usually pass them on the uphill sections. Black diamond trails are not a problem. I wouldn’t recommend jumping logs or riding high speeds on the rough trails (remember it’s an 80lb bike) but if you keep a comfortable pace, it will not disappoint. I recommend about 25lbs of air in the tires for paved roads and 10-15lbs on the single-track rougher trails while riding slower, about 10-15mph. Overall, I am very impressed and enjoying these bikes more each time I try a new trail system!

The bike does 28 with hardly any pedaling and I weigh 212. Great customer service and shipping was fast. The battery came at 60 percent I put 20 miles on it and it only went down 2 percent seems like it’s gonna go pretty far.
