I thought about giving this 4 stars because of the cost. This stuff is expensive. Much more expensive than the orange variety. But this clear version is far more superior. I don't understand why the orange kind exists as it doesn't taste good. This clear version should have been the first and only flavor ever made. Why? It has no taste and you can put this in practically any liquid. Water, orange juice, coffee, tea, lemonade, etc. Anything you like to drink. It's also pretty much undetectable and it mixes well leaving no noticeable texture. Lastly and most importantly - this stuff works. Use everyday for best results.

I was looking for something that would be easy to integrate into my daily life while meeting my fiber goals. I decided to try adding this to my coffee, it works wonderfully! Easy to blend perfectly into anything, cannot even tell there was anything added even hours later after my coffees gone cold!

Great for the GLP-1 users or folks who need a little “go help.” This is NOT your grandmothers Metamucil. It’s not grainy and thick like the old orange flavored one. It’s tasteless and mixes clear. I wish they would come out with travel packets!!!

This is a great way to get more fiber in my diet. I am happy that I tried it. It’s not at all like that gritty, orange Metamucil. Metamucil Clear is flavorless and mixes well with my coffee. It’s completely dissolves. I don’t feel bloated. I just placed another order.

I got this Metamucil Clear Fiber Blend for my son who suffers from constipation. I wanted a formulation that was pure without any added unnecessary ingredients; I selected this fiber supplement. This is a 11.6 oz bottle of Metamucil Clear Fiber Blend Powder that's measurable and not the pill size form. This very fine, grit-free, and tasteless powder that mixes well without clumping. It's easy to use by measuring 1 teaspoon of fiber supplement and mixing it briskly into 8 oz of liquid or soft food.My son started off with 1/4 of a teaspoon mixed into 8 oz of water. This fiber supplement gave him a severe headache within 15 minutes of taking it just once a day and drinking plenty of water with it. He continued taking 1/4 of a teaspoon once a day for 5 days with the same reoccurring severe headache within 15 minutes of taking this supplement. He told me he did increase dosage to 1 teaspoon, once a day, for 6 more days and that the fiber supplement did work well in producing a bowel movement every 1-2 days. Ultimately, after taking this fiber supplement for 11 days and still getting a severe headache within 15 minutes of taking this fiber supplement, my son told me he couldn't continue to use this product any longer.Overall, it's easy to use and it works to produce a bowel movement. If it wasn't for the severe headaches it caused for my son, he would still be using this product, so I do feel there's value for your money.
