Just about does the job
The wall plate is way too small, ended up bolting some metal plate to give it a large surface area, and replated the thumb screws with bolts and use a spanner to tighten.

WARNING - NOT suitable for Starlink Satellite dish installation.
I had to butcher the connection to the dish to get it through the hole that is TOO SMALL to fit the cable through as the cable connector shield and slide fitting does NOT FIT. Couldn’t send it back had no time, trusted this as it was ADVERTISED as a Starlink mast ! Stay away, that’s all I can say.
