Returned. Wish they made y wider. Didn't bother unpacking. Opened box looks like it was well made. Honestly gemitsu is by far a better product. It's faster,not as many glitches,way more expandable. Have fox alien 8040 and gemitsu proverxl v2 . Blows the fox out of the hole.

Customer service is top notch. Machine is heavy and robust. Why pay more for a Cnc when this xe pro can do it all. Closed loop stepper motors is a game changer for me! Any issues you may have , they will take care of you for sure. Buy a Fox alien you won’t regret it.

The nightmare is finally over and I lost! The machine worked for 60 days, since: one component after another has failed back to back and/or in perfect sequence to stay inoperable now for almost 90 days. FoxAlien ignored my refund requests time after time and kept sending replacement parts that solved nothing and/or failed themselves. Today they have finally agreed to a partial refund (with unethical restrictions/stipulations) that leaves me with components I can’t use AND I have to box the machine up and PAY to ship it back to China which will cost hundreds, what a deal. Learning their tactics through approx. a dozen emails, over three months, there isn’t much doubt that they will get the machine back and find a way out of the refund. Please pass on to everyone so they don’t make the same mistake as me. This machine is a dumpster fire and FoxAlien will leave you stuck in the middle of it. My fault for trusting ‘reviews’ and those unethical individuals who get paid to plug junk products.

Machine works great. Well built, and it is super simple to put together and get up and running. I crashed the machine I guess as all new users do. The company warrantied the parts and we're very very quick getting them to me.
