I would ha e given 5 stars if it worked for what i needed it for.
Although it didn't work for what I needed it for, it worked great with my laptop. I bought this for my Samsung SmartTv but it wasn't working properly and when I contacted customer service they were quick to respond and informed me that it was not compatible with Samsung tvs. But apart from that product works great when using on a windows laptop

In my original post I had given this device a lower rating because it did not function properly and so I returned it to Amazon. Since that time the manufacturer has contacted me and gone above an beyond my expectations to satisfy me. From a customer service respect this device deserves a 5 star rating. I have only give it 4 stars for what I consider to be a design flaw as mentioned in the next paragraph.The problem I encountered is the button to power off the device that the keyboard is connected to is very easy to hit by accident due to its location on the keyboard. More than once I accidentally powered off my NAS that I had this connected to.If you are careful this shouldn't be a problem. I just mentioned it because it could be an issue for some.

Not bad but useless with Hulu on PS4
Seems to work as intended but does not work with Hulu on PS4 which was a big disappointment to me. I guess that’s more Hulu’s fault than the devices though since Hulu on PS4 has always had a lack of 3rd party device input support. Also the track pad is basically uselses on PS4 as well particularly in the PS4 web browser but again probably the PS4 browser software is to blame not the device itself. The device without trackpad the seems to be limited to scrolling in the PS4 menu & typing up searches in the web browser. PS4 has always had a history of a lack of 3rd party device input support.You might just be better off using it with a PC hooked up to a TV. Seems to work on PS4 Netflix though so thats something at least. Noticed the trackpad or device itself turns off after a very short amount of time even when fully charged on a computer. Very annoying when watching YouTube videos & stuff on PC. Think this might be something Windows is stupidly programmed to do with wireless devices & there’s no way to turn this wireless device power saving feature off.

Excellent product. Lacks a true owners manual though
I love this thing. I bought this to use with my NVidia shield and was immediately impressed with the build quality. the touch screen works very well, input is recognized immediately and you can control sensitivity to your liking. double clicks work just like a mouse. the buttons are all well placed and easy to read. product is light weight and the textures feel nice in your hand. battery life is impressive so far, one charge a week typically will handle my viewing needs, though I don't always use my shield so heavy usage would probably need two charges a week, but that's still not bad.my shield recognized my Bluetooth adapter right away and I haven't had any issues with signal quality or lag. there are functions to have the keyboard light up with a very pleasant blue light. My only real complaint is that the manual tells you that you can turn the keyboard light on but doesn't actually tell you how, I had to ask another reviewer. however the company seems to support their product , they responded quickly to my inquires.

Convenient computer access from across the room.
I have a few different wireless keyboards and this one does not disappoint. The advantage of this one is you can use it in the dark with very good range and responsive timing. I also like that you can replace the rechargeable internal battery pretty easily.

Pretty Cool mini keyboard!
This little keyboard is very useful for our Xbox. It was so easy to set up. I kept looking for a "set up" function on the xbox but after I plugged in the USB to the xbox, it worked right away! It's my fault for not reading the instructions. The backlit feature is pretty cool when it's dark. My kids use it to play Minecraft. I personally love it for "logging in" or "signing in" because I HATE using the xbox controls to select letters on the screen! it takes FOREVER! I haven't tried it for any of our desktop computer/laptop because I don't see us using a keyboard for it...

I think it's a really creative and useful product. I will say that I only found it useful for my Smart Television. I'm not a online gamer so I didn't use the control in that scenario but I like that I have the option to. I would even recommend this item as a gift for anyone that has the technology that is needed for it to work.
