My dog loves these shoes.....first time wearing shoes for her and she doesn't mind at all...they fit well, and they prevent her from itching with back feet; bought these due to her itching during seasonal skin allergies.

Shoes stay on but time consuming to put on.
I ordered a size X-Large for my Cavalier King Charles puppy that weighs about 10 lbs. It fits him perfectly. I like that it opens in the back making it easy to insert his paws into. It is soft and not so slipery eventhogh he does slide on our hardwood floors from time to time. What I like and don't like are the double valcros. Because the valcrose fasten at two levels the shoes don't come off like the others that I've ordered. However they get all tangle up when you try to put on the shoes and this makes it time consuming and frustrating for me and the puppy as well. Otherwise I would've given a 5 star. I would recommend this if you have a dog that is well behaved and is willing to put up his paws for you to deal with.

It would be great if the bands weren't so long
My dog: Takes a step, starts skipping on one leg, takes half a step and walks backwards. Bites at shoe. Accepts fate.These are okay shoes and have worked for the winter so far, but sometimes they fall off my pupper and we have to go look for the other shoe making her walk in the ice, salt, or snow... It would be great if the bands weren't so long, they seem to be at an awkward length for her.

Finally booties that my little dog can't get off and has been comfortable in wearing. It was always a struggle to keep her outside and do her business in the snow. Now she runs around with the booties on and is so excited without getting her paws wet or frozen. Thank you!!!!
