This thing kept 4 insulin pens cool for about 9 hours. There was enough room for a load of disposal needle tips too. If needed these could have been kept separate to free up storage space.

I needed this to keep my medication fresh and it works very well. Means I'm not having to store in hotel fridges when I am travelling.

I have'nt used it yet but seems very sturdy and plenty of room to carry everything.
