Blend means more than wheat
I used this to make a homemade loaf of bread with yeast, and didn't realize it would taste like rye, but clearly that's one of the ingredients, and once that was established in my mind, I thought it tasted OK. Also worked out fine in biscuits but they were a little dense. It’s not the same as other baking flour (all wheat) i've used. I'm not a baker, just a person trying to make my own bread that's not all bleached and chemical treated.

Reasonably priced and healthy
I went from Bob's whole wheat bakery flour to this because Bob's got ridiculously expensive. This flour is reasonably priced and I think covers the healthy appeal. I've really liked baking with it.

Great product
I purchased this to add to my whole wheat bread recipe. Especially when making a no knead heavy wheat flour it’s good to have a blend of other flours to lighten it up a bit. This bag of blends is great. It arrived on time and without any damage
