Harley-Davidson FXD/FLD Dyna Series (12-17) Clymer Repair Manual

I have several of the Clymer manuals and found that they are an excellent reference tool when working on either automobiles, trucks or motorcycles. The print is easy to follow and understand and area accompanied by very good photos or exploded view diagrams.

This manual was written by someone who assumes you are a novice with the intent to help you get the job done. If you follow the maintenance instructions alone you will save hundreds of dollars on regular tune ups.

This is one of the best manuals I've ever owned, bar none. It covers pretty much everything you want to know about your motorcycle. The only things I found missing were actual Harley part numbers, but that's not really considered a con.

Could have better pictures

This was exactly what I was looking for to work on my 2016 Dyna street bob this winter. It has step by step instructions on just about everything you would work on. It has pictures, torques, part numbers and wiring diagrams.I changed my oil and filter, air filter upgrade, spark plugs, changed my pipes, removed the gas tank, changed handlebars, changed headlight, added a fairing, rebuilt the LHCM/RHCM and more. It has some good wiring diagrams I used when I cut/soldered new turn signals on.This combined with some YouTube tutorials you will be able to do anything.

Slightly pricey!Not sure how it's comparable to a true H-D service manual.Looks very detailed and to be a help for even a guy who is not that mechanically inclined.Though, if you can turn a wrench and can comprehend instructions. Then this will help save You money on simpler things for Your 2012 to 2017 Dyna.Just make sure You have at least some basic tools and knowledge.Great check list for every 5K and up ad well. Stuff, You tend to overlook or never think of.I believe it's a must have!

Quality drawings and photos. Very detailed instructions.

I have several Clymer manuals. Forget Haynes, they are a cheaper version of this.
