Terribly manufactured product that comes with missing pre-drilled holes and missing hardware. Tried to return it and they wanted me to repackage it and deliver to USPS. Was not a reasonable request. Avoid this manufacturer If you value your sanity!

I really like this and it was way too much to send back.. but when opened I noticed some chipped parts in the bunks .. and a lot of damaged wood that we had to put together .. for the amount I expected that quality wouldn’t be an issue .. otherwise .. it’s a beautiful bunk…. Edit : Dec 2023 months later..Now I tried to move the bunk elsewhere and two of my wood pieces broke .. I’m trying to find out how to replace the parts if u get this bed make sure u get the warranty or don’t get it at all 🤦🏻♀️ the unsturdy wood it’s just more than physically apparently
