HI-POP Yellow Mushroom Popcorn - Bulk 50lb Bags

We had a problem with the bulk popcorn order from Reist Popcorn Company. When notified of this problem, Reist quickly refunded our purchase costs.

When popped the corn is very full and looks wonderful. However, there are so many hulls that it is overwhelming. I am having to mix small amounts of this with another brand of popcorn just to use it up so I don't have to return it. Sadly, I won't be able to buy this again.

This 50 pound bag of popcorn might seem expensive, but the taste and texture you get for the money is excellent. These kernels pop really well! Lift the lid after it starts to pop to let out the moisture to prevent chewiness.

I never knew there was a "mushroom" popcorn until I began making my own kettlekorn with sugar substitutes like erythritol, monk fruit &/or xylitol. Started reading up on it, & discovered we'd always been using "butterfly" popcorn.Got this, & it does work well for kettlekorn. Also make it with sugar for my husband. I think the coatings (sugar or sugar substitute & salt) do stay on the popped mushroom corn better than they do on the butterfly popcorn, plus don't get as mushy.

We've never purchased mushroom type popcorn before so didn't know what to expect. Love the flavir...much more flavor that reg kernel.

Our experience with this product was NEGATIVE and Unsatisfying! If you’re looking for Mushroom Popcorn this product for us didn’t look resemble nothing like what it’s advertised to be! You contact the vendor and they send back cooking instructions! We purchased from another vendor and it was perfect. We needed it in bulk and purchased this thinking it would work. Well it didn’t!

Not dinging the vendor, even the box says fragile. But the box it was shipped in was crushed, and had a tire mark across it. Great news is when I opened it the large bag was not damaged, no spilled product. So the bag is tough for sure.
