I have been using this chair almost from past 2 months. There were no issues and it is super comfortable. Worth the value. Hydraulic is good, arm support and legs are super smooth Recently I got an issue with one of the arm rest and when reached out to their customer support, they understood the issue and executive Anjali helped me in getting the part replaced on the same day. Anjali mam is really helpful and followed it up with my concerns, I really appreciate for the resolution and response from Anjali mam. I felt the product is value for money and long lasting. I recommend anyone to buy this chair.

It’s the best budget chair in the market right now .. Excellent built quality & great comfort& ergonomics .. Also I would like to mention that their customer support team is outstanding . I had some minor issues regarding the chair & they helped me a lot with it , going out the way .. Especially I would like to mention the name of Shakshi Ma’am ,, she helped me like a friend.. In all everything is 10/10 .. Must go for it ..

Everything is perfect about the chair The comfort , looks stylish , easy to assemble , good Price , wheels are smooth , height adjustment is smooth , even the 135° tilt is amazing BUT the headrest that I got is kind of loose, After adjustment it kind of comes down on it’s own , I don’t know if that is supposed to happen I like it using it tilted down so I don’t have a problem, but if I wanted to adjust it upward and use it, that wouldn’t work for me. Overall I like the product A1 Quality for a good price

Great ergonomic chair with ample support for back and thighs. The DIY aspect of it was very easy, the packaging was great and had all the items segragated with a instructions manual that is easy to understand. I faced an issue where the back support had it's fabric come out of the seams and the chair made squeeky noises in under 2 months. The customer support team was very helpful in rectifying the issue with proper guidance and keeping me updated. They first sent a PEFY glue, but it didn't work for me, but they soon replaced the back support all together, which was amazing to see! Sakshi from customer care was very patient and helpful in assisting me with this issue. Overall, I am happy, with the product.

How the hell is this chair worth 5k? No finishing on the chair whatsoever, the metal parts are unpolished and sharp and the plastic very cheap and fragile, and arm rests feel like they'll break if I put some pressure. This chair is not at all worth 5k. I don't understand the positive reviews on this product. Are we so used to bad quality products that we're settling for something like this? It's alright to just sit tight and get your work done but you cannot get comfortable on it, it's too fragile for that.

Worth the value, we bought it in bulk from business, got the products very safely and with priority, Mess materiel and overall build is good, hydraluic is good, arm support and legs are super smooth, can improve the form in seating, in the pack it's a steal deal, it's fine for 6-8 hours of seating, I don't think it will go long we need to get it replaced in a year or two, Overall it was amazing experience so far after 3 months of use, even after sale service is phenomenal, one of them was received damaged and their support team helped us with quick response and their attentiveness was appriciated for being an serivce provider with quality services and amazing expierence, highly recommended!!

I bought this chair 3 months ago. Believing they have a very good after sales support and luckily I received excellent resolution for the problem I faced after 3 months of buying this chair. My backrest support was broken and Miss sakshi from the da urban support promptly send me the new part very next day. I'm out of words and in the end I'm a very happy and satisfied customer. If you need good looking chair study, build quality and excellent after sales support. Definitely go with this chair. I am sure you won't be disappointed like me. Kudos to the whole team.

i would like to give 6 outa 10 its nice butttt bruh idk it was good but pls make y'all plastic of chair properly cut it has like lines and all i can see cut it properly smoothly . comfort was ok ok assembly was super simple . it was not heavy duty . pls make your plastic better cut and also the buttion to make the chair arm rest up and down was super duper hard like more hard than that when you buy a new buttion umbrela pls fix that ok nice chair does the work but my
