Just delivered one day prime. Product worked amazingly well on my Cavalier King Charles. Easy to brush through. Smells great, silky smooth finish to his coat. I Own many brushes and this is by far the best and most comfortable to use. It comes with a little comb inside the brush to clean the bristles. I have to say this has worked great. I’ve tried several products to help with my dogs tangles. I’m really happy with this. So far no allergic reaction. He didn’t seem bothered by it at all.

Worked great at first but after a few uses started to lose the bristles. Unable to get a hold of company even though they encourage you to contact if there are problems as the email address just kicked the email back to sender

Before this brush The little Maltese hated when I brushed her. She bites me. With this brush she just love it. She left me brush her because it doesn’t hurt her. Her fur get very tangled easily. This brush help me keep the fur nice and without tangles.

The only thing quality about this is the brand name. After less than a few weeks of regular use on a toy breed dog, this brush is missing pins and bristle! It loses them every use. It came without the removable comb, which was a frequent problem according to other reviews. I called Biosilk, and they told me Fetch 4 Pets, not Biosilk, makes them. They gave us their NY number and customer service extension. I called the number provided, and they have changed to 4 digit, not 3 digit, extension numbers and obviously did not bother to tell Biosilk. When you press 0 to get a human being, it puts you on hold for a while then transfers you back to the original menu, over and over and over and over and over and over again! No one responds to the contact form on their website either. It's a shame because it was a great brush that my dog and I absolutely loved for the first week. But most people expect a dog brush to last for a while, not need to be replaced every week or two!
