I use this exclusively to make cold brew coffee. I put ground coffee in the bag, put the filled bag into a half gallon jug and fill with filtered water. 12-24 hours in the refrigerator, remove the bag with the coffee grounds and you have cold brew coffee. Adjust the amount of ground coffee and refrigerator time to your liking.

My main use for this 2 piece bag is for squeezing the water out of riced cauliflower because I use that a lot. These work fantastic for that purpose, and I can reuse them. They are advertised for nut milk, but they can really be used for pretty much any straining you need to do, yogurt, tofu, coffee. They are easy to wash out in the sink, and I think they will last quite a while. Feels much more sturdy than cheesecloth.

I sacchetti si presentano realizzati in modo abbastanza grossolano, con fili pendenti, nell' uso sono però efficaci e trattengono residui anche molto piccoli. La foto non è molto veritiera perchè nella realtà non sono così lunghi da poter essere agevolmente afferrati e strizzati con le due mani come invece viene mostrato, però si riesce ugualmente se non si riempono all' eccesso. Dopo l' uso il lavaggio deve essere molto accurato perchè il materiale filtrato si annida nelle cuciture e non è agevole tirarlo via. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto dei risultati ottenuti
