Just an all around bad ass phone
I read up on ulephone phones. For the performance and durability of this phone it should be 3 times more expensive. I listen to music all day and the speaker on on this phone is amazing. Perfect for what I do. The batter life is insane. The phone will last almost a week with using the volume on its highest level without having to charge it. Smooth operation system. I upgraded the internal memory also which is something I recommend to do. Runs flawlessly. I recommend this phone to anyone who listens to music alot and is clumsy like me.lol great price, great phone and awesome seller

Battery does not last past a year
Was able to get it switched over to my Metro by T-Mobile service and had no issues with the phone until a week ago 8 months after I bought it the battery stopped charging and I was unable to use it I had to go and purchase another phone the next day immediately messing up my work day and costing me money I didn't have

Defective maybe?
I bought this phone for the battery and the loud speaker. The speaker is loud for notifications but not for music, which is confusing! The battery seems to drain in 1 day. I have the armor x11pro 8150 mah and that battery works well and last for 3 days this one is advertised as 9600mah and don't last a day. Perhaps i have a defective phone? The operating system is fast and I really enjoy the flashlight! I would have sent it back if it wasn't for the hurricanes and now I'm stuck with a phone that's not ideal for me!

Great phone quality, but that's about it.
2 stars cuz I'm feeling "generous". So, I received this phone 2 days ago and have been struggling to get it connected to T-Mobile since. For starters this is an amazing phone, the screen is super crisp and clear, battery lasts forever, flashlight is blinding, the external speaker is deafening and it feels super sturdy (like you could drop it off a skyscraper). This isn't the first "unlocked" phone I've had, but this is the most confusing and difficult one as far as connecting to service goes. Just be ready for a can of worms when you buy it, it's not a phone you can just pop a sim card in a be good to go. At least not from my experience. Also, not even 12 hours after I paid $200 for it, I see it from the same seller for $169 on sale 15% off or some bs like that. Definitely won't be buying anything from this seller again, that's for sure.

Too heavy and bulky
I knew it right away when I package came in the mail. This phone is way too large and it's like a paperweight. This is something that is not easily understood by reading the ad for the phone. I'm surprised Ole phone doesn't make anything thinner. Rugged and thin can be a thing.
